Materials

What we install

We spec to the project — temperature class, vapor requirements, and finish all factor in. Here's our standard kit.

Fiberglass & Mineral Wool

ASJ-Plus jacketed pipe insulation, 1" – 4" wall, factory-cut to spec.

Aluminum Jacketing

0.016" smooth & stucco, hand-formed elbows, banded with stainless straps.

PVC Fitting Covers

Pre-molded fitting covers for valves, tees, elbows — vapor-tight finish.

Removable Blankets

Custom-fabricated for valves, flanges, and serviceable equipment.

Elastomeric Foam

Closed-cell foam for chilled water and refrigeration lines.

Calcium Silicate

High-temperature insulation for steam systems above 250°F.

Process FAQ

The questions GCs ask first

How fast can you mobilize?

Most projects start within 2–3 weeks of estimate approval. Emergency mobilization within 72 hours when we have the scope.

Do you handle the abatement coordination?

We don't perform abatement, but we coordinate directly with your abatement contractor and pick up immediately on completion.

Can you work around an active facility?

Yes. We routinely work in occupied hospitals, schools, and labs — phased shutdowns, off-hours, and isolated zones are standard for us.

What happens if there's a callback?

Zero callbacks is the goal — but if a defect surfaces, we're back on-site within 48 hours at no charge. Documented in every contract.
